"Aura provided myself and my colleagues with a breath of fresh, calm air in the middle of our hectic work day. As community health workers, we pour our blood sweat and tears into tackling the barriers that stand in the way of someone's right to be healthy. This work to empower vulnerable community members is challenging. We experience vicarious trauma and the blows life throws alongside our clients. I asked Aura to help my colleagues and I heal ourselves, and tend to ourselves for a brief moment in our work day.
